RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
What about returns?
While we truly hope that you love your items, we do understand that sometimes this may not be the case.
Refunds are only issued if you have received an item that is damaged or defective and a replacement is not wanted. Please contact us at email@example.com within 3 business days of delivery and provide details of the damage along with photos. Please check your item(s) carefully once received and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues. Refunds will not be given for wrong size or color ordered.
For items received damaged for which a replacement sign is requested, a reprint will be completed and sent via same shipping method as original purchase.
We do not refund shipping and handling fees. You are responsible for the return shipping on your items unless it was due to an error we made, such as sending an incorrect item. USPS is often the most cost effective way to ship and insurance and tracking is recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
